Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

The Service supports several account roles:

• Customers create shipment orders and post sourcing requests (RFQs).
• Agents claim and fulfill sourcing requests on behalf of customers. Agent accounts require review and approval before an agent can claim RFQs; Jonify may approve, reject, or suspend agent applications at its discretion.
• Warehouse and admin roles support internal shipment handling and platform operations.

Jonify provides tools to create shipment orders, track shipment status, publish RFQs, and compare and award quotations from agents. Jonify facilitates these transactions but is not a party to the underlying supply contract between a customer and a supplier unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payments made through the Service are processed by a third-party payment provider. For sourcing orders fulfilled by an agent, Jonify retains a platform commission from the transaction, with the remainder paid out to the agent. Fees and commission splits may be shown at the time of payment or award.

Certain actions in the Service are subject to time limits (for example, the window an agent has to submit a quotation, or a customer has to review one). Actions not completed within the applicable window may expire, be reassigned, or be auto-cancelled, as described in-app.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information about shipments, products, or quotations.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including shipping prohibited or restricted goods.
• Attempt to circumvent the Service to transact outside the platform in a way that avoids agreed fees.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Jonify does not guarantee the accuracy of information submitted by other users (including agents’ quotations or suppliers’ product claims) and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of sourced goods.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jonify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
