Welcome to Jonify Imports Limited. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, sourcing services, and all other platforms associated with Jonify Imports Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview of Service
 Jonify Imports Limited is a Nigeria-registered business acting as a sourcing agent to help Nigerian customers import goods from China. We offer product sourcing, procurement assistance, and coordination with logistics partners. We charge a 2.5% commission on the total value of sourced goods. 2. Upfront Deposit Policy

  • All users are required to pay an upfront deposit before we begin sourcing.
  • The deposit amount is based on the client’s estimated budget.
  • This deposit is deductible from the final amount payable when the order is confirmed.
  • If the client cancels the sourcing, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If Jonify Imports cancels the sourcing process, the deposit is refundable.

3. The 5-Step Sourcing Process

Step 1: Sourcing of Order

  • Clients must provide complete product details and requirements.
  • Our sourcing takes up to 7 days, and updates will be sent via email, WhatsApp, website dashboard, or Instagram.
  • The client has 7 days to respond after updates are provided. Failure to respond leads to automatic cancellation of the request.

Step 2: Confirmation of Order

  • Clients must review and approve the sourced product within 7 days of receiving sourcing results.
  • Jonify Imports assists in confirming the quality of products but is not liable for dissatisfaction after final approval and purchase.

Step 3: Payment of Order

  • Full payment (including goods cost, VAT, and 2.5% commission) must be made within 7 days of invoice issuance.
  • Delivery from factory to warehouse and international shipping fees are excluded.
  • Payments are accepted in NGN, RMB, or USD. Exchange rates are set by independent currency traders.

Step 4: Shipping of Order

  • Clients must cover the cost of delivery from the factory to our Guangzhou warehouse.
  • Shipping options include:
    • Flyer Shipping: 2–3 days (for light goods).
    • Air Cargo: 8–10 days, priced per KG.
    • Sea Freight: 60–75 days, suitable for bulk goods.
  • Shipping costs are estimated by third-party logistics providers.
  • Delay in initiating shipment may lead to demurrage penalties payable by the client.
  • Goods left unshipped for over 30 days may be forfeited or incur additional storage fees. Jonify Imports reserves the right to dispose of or resell such goods.
  • Some shipping charges (especially Sea Freight) are determined upon goods’ arrival in Nigeria.

Step 5: Pickup of Order

  • Clients are responsible for collecting goods from our Nigerian warehouse.
  • Optional door-to-door delivery is available at an extra charge.
  • Custom clearance charges are typically included in shipping cost but may vary.

4. Commission & Fees

  • Our standard commission rate is 2.5% of the total value of goods.
  • Commission is payable with the order’s total invoice amount.

5. Warranty and Guarantee

  • Jonify Imports provides no guarantee or warranty on products.
  • Product warranties are the sole responsibility of the factory or seller.
  • We may assist in warranty claims but reserve the right to withdraw involvement.

6. Currency Exchange Policy

  • All exchange rates used are determined by independent currency traders and not controlled by Jonify Imports.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not granted for completed orders.
  • If an order is cancelled by the user during or after sourcing, the upfront deposit is forfeited.
  • Refunds are available if Jonify Imports cancels the process.

8. Limitation of Liability
 Jonify Imports is not liable for:

  • Customs delays or seizures.
  • Product defects post-client confirmation.
  • Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
  • Currency fluctuations affecting final cost.

9. Amendments to Terms
 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
