1. No Refunds

3. Warranty Support
- Any warranties or guarantees offered by the factory must be clarified before purchase.
- We may assist in facilitating warranty claims but reserve the right to withdraw at any stage.
4. Abandoned Goods
- Goods not shipped after 30 days in our warehouse are considered abandoned.
- Abandoned goods may be sold, disposed of, or forfeited without further notice to recover warehouse costs.
